After contacting Plastiq, if you still have an unresolved claim regarding money transmission services, review the information of your jurisdiction which you can see below and direct your complaint to the appropriate contact or for international services you can file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) online ( http://www.consumerfinance.gov/ ) or by calling  1 (855) 411-CFPB (2372).

TEXAS CUSTOMERS

In Texas services are offered by PLV, Inc. DBA PLV TX Branch Inc. PLV engages in the money transmission business under Chapter 151 of the Texas Finance Code. If you have a complaint, first contact the consumer service division of PLV, if you still have an unresolved complaint regarding the company’s money transmission activity, please direct your complaint to the Texas Department of Banking:
