At the 10:15 mark of the video, Smith, a customer of Plastiq who’s actively experimenting with new products to find solutions to his business’s payment challenges, addresses how using Plastiq to pay one of his biggest suppliers has helped not only remove fees, but to smooth out lasting friction between the two companies. It’s fascinating and the sort of innovative use of Plastiq we’re always excited to hear.
